The fourth Surgical Urology Camp was organized at Seyoun General Hospital on 11 through 16 July 2012. The camp was sponsored by Total Yemen as part of its initiatives to support the health care services for the local communities adjacent to  Block 10.

The camp provided surgical operation services such as endoscopic surgery operations for removing kidney and bladder stones, removing prostates and surgery of testicle and varicocele for more than 70 patients.

In the camp, around 70 major operations were conducted including 40 operations by an endoscope.

H.E. Khaled Saeed Al-Daini, Governor of Hadramout, visited the urology camp along with H.E. Omair Mubarak Omair, Deputy Governor for Wadi and Desert Region Affairs. They toured the camp and were introduced to its activities by Dr. Hani Al-Amoudi, Director of Seyoun General Hospital. Dr. Al-Amoudi praised Total Yemen’s contributions to the health sector and its support to the hospital, which provides services to visitors from various areas of Hadramout and neighboring provinces.
